BCWS Command Line 3

In this last session about the Linux command line, we will take advantage of the Linux command line to work with bioinformatic files such as fasta, fastq, and gff file formats. You will use the commands to select for content, count sequences, locate specific sequence motifs, and manipulate and sort content. Finally, we will write a little Linux script, which includes some of the earlier learned commands.
